As a Miro Global Community Lead, Dr. Pestalozzi has facilitated numerous innovation workshops and developed cutting-edge digital experiences and tools adoption strategies, enhancing teams' productivity & collaboration.
With a PhD in technology risk perception and acceptance from the University of Hohenheim, Germany, and various executive certifications, including the Columbia Business School Program on Digital Strategies for NextGen Enterprises, Dr. Pestalozzi specializes in digital business innovation and human-centered AI product design.
She leverages advanced industry frameworks to craft customer experience strategies that enhance the adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions, making her a sought-after leader in AI upskilling and strategic innovation.
