Role Overview
AtabeyX seeks a proactive, experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a contractor, working on a commission-based model. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of digital products, consulting, sustainability, and technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Europe, identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for our diverse portfolio of services. This position offers a unique chance to work with a fast-growing digital agency focused on sustainability and tech innovation. We are looking for 2 sales manager contractors per region, to cover the cities listed above.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Experience in B2B sales in Europe
- Interest in digital products & sustainability
- Fluent in English and (German, for applicants in the DACH region)
- Highly resilient and autonomous
- Valid work permit for the EU
Nice to have
- Ideally, experience winning tenders and selling workshops
- Knowledge of AI & GenAI tools
- Understanding of digital transformation & sustainability
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
