Role Overview

AtabeyX seeks a proactive, experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a contractor, working on a commission-based model. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of digital products, consulting, sustainability, and technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth, identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for our diverse portfolio of services. This position offers a unique chance to work with a fast-growing digital agency focused on sustainability and tech innovation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling slide deck proposals and sales presentations that cover our full portfolio, including digital products, AI and GenAI workshops, and consulting services.
  • Drive sales of AtabeyX products and services by building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and meeting monthly sales goals set in mutual agreement.
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date, and leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Engage in high-quality business discussions to present our services and market insights to prospective clients.
  • If needed, attend business events to network, generate leads, hold presentations, and represent AtabeyX.
  • Additional tasks as needed to support the growth and scalability of the sales function within the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German – essential for our diverse client base.
  • Remote and Home-Office Flexibility – willingness to work independently from your location.
  • Contractor, Commission-Based Structure – openness to a commission-driven compensation model.
  • Sales Expertise in IT services and consulting, with experience selling workshops as a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools and familiarity with AR, VR, and virtual games are significant advantages.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation in sustainability contexts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilitating digital skills, AI, GenAI, or innovation workshops, ideally in the corporate, public sector, or any other professional settings.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies such as GenAI.
  • Experience working remotely and facilitating virtual workshops using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt content based on participant needs.
  • A passion for sustainability and innovation, with a commitment to driving positive change through digital skills training.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural and professional environments.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to target regions is a plus.
  • Certification in AI or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms, including GenAI applications.
  • Knowledge of sustainability-focused business practices or experience with sustainability initiatives.

Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Account Executives / Sales Managers to join our growing team and help us drive sales for Anacaona Homes. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for professionals with experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high-end investment consulting. If you have a strong network, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for connecting clients with unique investment opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for property investments in the Dominican Republic.
  • Present and promote Anacaona Homes to potential buyers, investors, and partners in Switzerland and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Guide clients through the investment process, addressing concerns and providing key market insights.
  • Work closely with our founder to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed about real estate trends, particularly regarding overseas property investments.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet individual and company sales goals.
