mission, we are seeking experienced Digital Skills & Innovation
Workshop Facilitators to support our digital upskilling training
programs across Europe.
Position Overview
AtabeyX is looking for dynamic, remote contractors to facilitate engaging and impactful workshops focused on digital skills, innovation, AI, and GenAI for professionals in our target regions across Europe. These workshops aim to upskill teams, empower individuals, and drive innovation through practical, hands-on learning experiences. Facilitators will work closely with corporate & public sector clients to deliver training that enhances productivity, streamlines workflows, and improves efficiency through advanced digital tools. Note: Please keep in mind that this is a contract-based role to join our talent pool, supporting our team in the facilitation of digital upskilling workshops on demand.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate digital upskilling workshops
- Design and customize workshop materials
- Create an inclusive learning environment
- Track participant progress and provide constructive feedback
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Professional English competencies (And German for the DACH region)
- Proven experience in facilitating digital skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid work permit for the EU
Nice to have
- A passion for sustainability and digital innovation
- Additional languages
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies such as GenAI
- Strong analytical skills
