Role Overview

AtabeyX seeks a proactive, experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a contractor, working on a commission-based model. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of digital products, consulting, sustainability, and technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Europe, identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for our diverse portfolio of services. This position offers a unique chance to work with a fast-growing digital agency focused on sustainability and tech innovation. We are looking for 2 sales manager contractors per region, to cover the cities listed above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling slide deck proposals and sales presentations that cover our full portfolio, including digital products, AI and GenAI workshops, and consulting services.
  • Drive sales of AtabeyX products and services, by building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and meeting monthly sales goals set in mutual agreement.
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date and leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Engage in high-quality business discussions to present our services and market insights to prospective clients.
  • If needed, attend business events across Europe to network, generate leads, hold presentations, and represent AtabeyX.
  • Additional tasks as needed to support the growth and scalability of the sales function within the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German – essential for our diverse European client base.
  • Remote and Home-Office Flexibility – willingness to work independently from your location.
  • Contractor, Commission-Based Structure – openness to a commission-driven compensation model.
  • Sales Expertise in IT services and consulting, with experience selling workshops as a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel across Switzerland and the rest of Europe for business development and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools and familiarity with AR, VR, and virtual games are significant advantages.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation in sustainability contexts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Position Overview
AtabeyX is looking for dynamic, remote contractors to facilitate engaging and impactful workshops focused on digital skills, innovation, AI, and GenAI for professionals in our target regions across Europe. These workshops aim to upskill corporate & public sector teams, empower individuals, and drive innovation through practical, hands-on learning experiences. Facilitators will work closely with corporate & public sector clients to deliver training that enhances productivity, streamlines workflows, and improves efficiency through advanced digital tools. Note: Please keep in mind that this is a contract-based role to join our talent pool, supporting our team in the facilitation of digital upskilling workshops on demand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate digital upskilling workshops, including AI, GenAI, and innovation strategies, across a variety of industries.
  • Tailor workshop content to meet the specific needs and challenges of participants in different regions, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Deliver workshops in person, hybrid, or virtually through interactive platforms like Zoom, Miro, or other tools.
  • Design and customize workshop materials, ensuring they align with AtabeyX’s mission and vision of sustainability and innovation.
  • Provide hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-life examples to help participants integrate digital skills into their daily work routines.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and feedback.
  • Track participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their digital competencies.
  • Collaborate with AtabeyX’s project management and content teams to ensure seamless workshop delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and digital innovation to incorporate cutting-edge knowledge into training.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilitating digital skills, AI, GenAI, or innovation workshops, ideally in the corporate, public sector, or any other professional settings.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies such as GenAI.
  • Experience working remotely and facilitating virtual workshops using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt content based on participant needs.
  • A passion for sustainability and innovation, with a commitment to driving positive change through digital skills training.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural and professional environments across Europe.
  • Valid work permit in Europe.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to target regions is a plus.

With strong partnerships with reputable real estate providers in the Dominican Republic, we ensure a high-quality and secure property acquisition experience.

Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Account Executives / Sales Managers to join our growing team and help us drive sales for Anacaona Homes. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for professionals with experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high-end investment consulting. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for property investments in the Dominican Republic.
