Position Overview
AtabeyX is looking for dynamic, remote contractors to facilitate engaging and impactful workshops focused on digital skills, innovation, AI, and GenAI for professionals in our target regions across Europe. These workshops aim to upskill corporate & public sector teams, empower individuals, and drive innovation through practical, hands-on learning experiences. Facilitators will work closely with corporate & public sector clients to deliver training that enhances productivity, streamlines workflows, and improves efficiency through advanced digital tools. Note: Please keep in mind that this is a contract-based role to join our talent pool, supporting our team in the facilitation of digital upskilling workshops on demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate digital upskilling workshops, including AI, GenAI, and innovation strategies, across a variety of industries.
- Tailor workshop content to meet the specific needs and challenges of participants in different regions, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Deliver workshops in person, hybrid, or virtually through interactive platforms like Zoom, Miro, or other tools.
- Design and customize workshop materials, ensuring they align with AtabeyX’s mission and vision of sustainability and innovation.
- Provide hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-life examples to help participants integrate digital skills into their daily work routines.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and feedback.
- Track participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their digital competencies.
- Collaborate with AtabeyX’s project management and content teams to ensure seamless workshop delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and digital innovation to incorporate cutting-edge knowledge into training.
- Proven experience in facilitating digital skills, AI, GenAI, or innovation workshops, ideally in the corporate, public sector, or any other professional settings.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies such as GenAI.
- Experience working remotely and facilitating virtual workshops using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt content based on participant needs.
- A passion for sustainability and innovation, with a commitment to driving positive change through digital skills training.
- Experience working in diverse cultural and professional environments across Europe.
- Valid work permit in Europe.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to target regions is a plus.
- Certification in AI or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms, including GenAI applications.
- Knowledge of sustainability-focused business practices or experience with sustainability initiatives.

Anacaona Homes offers a seamless, user-friendly digital platform featuring a curated selection of residential properties, vacation homes, and investment opportunities, tailored to meet the needs of buyers. With strong partnerships with reputable real estate providers in the Dominican Republic, we ensure a high-quality and secure property acquisition experience.
Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Account Executives / Sales Managers to join our growing team and help us drive sales for Anacaona Homes. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for professionals with experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high-end investment consulting. If you have a strong network, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for connecting clients with unique investment opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for property investments in the Dominican Republic.
- Present and promote Anacaona Homes to potential buyers, investors, and partners in Switzerland and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the investment process, addressing concerns and providing key market insights.
- Work closely with our founder to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay informed about real estate trends, particularly regarding overseas property investments.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet individual and company sales goals.

Who You Are

- Ability to work independently and remotely while staying proactive and engaged.
- Fluency in German, French, or English (Spanish is a plus).
